The Soneva Fushi private island resort in the Maldives has consistently provided me with the most memorable dining encounters throughout all of my years of circumnavigating the globe in search of new and exciting cultures and cuisines. 

The breathtaking two-story overwater structure of the resort, which is called Out Of The Blue, is home to five distinct dining establishments in addition to a bar and a cellar. In these cozy settings, guests can indulge in the culinary masterpieces prepared by some of the best chefs from around the world.
